As a research assistant, I analyze genomic data using pandas and a statistical tool called GEMMA to identify mutations linked to antibiotic resistance. Our work aims to uncover critical insights into tuberculosis biology, ultimately contributing to drug discovery efforts that target multi-drug-resistant strains of the disease.

I developed a clone of the popular Wordle game using Java, JavaFX and Scene Builder. The game features a fully functional user interface and game state management, allowing players to save their progress and continue later. Additionally, user statistics, such as win rates and streaks, are tracked and saved between sessions. I learned how to work with JavaFX for GUI design, handle data persistence, and create an engaging, interactive user experience.
